1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (manufactured, customized, and cut-to-order MDF panels), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Manufacturing defects
Damage during transportation
Incorrect product supplied (wrong size, color, thickness, or quantity)
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Custom-made or cut-to-size panels once production has started
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer
2. Return Request Timeframe
Any return or replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be in original packaging
Include all accessories and documentation
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or replacement.
4. Return Process

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Policy
Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
6. Replacement Policy
In case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
Replacement delivery timelines depend on production schedules and stock availability.
7. Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Valcomat Egypt will cover return shipping costs.
If the return is approved for other reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-cut panels
Special color orders
Clearance or discounted items
Products without original packaging
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started.
Once manufacturing begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
10. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with Egyptian consumer protection laws and applicable commercial regulations.
