At Valcomat Egypt, we aim to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of our premium colored MDF panels across Egypt. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery methods, timelines, costs, and conditions.

By placing an order on valcomategypt.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all governorates in Egypt through our logistics partners and in-house delivery fleet.

For bulk, project-based, and commercial orders, specialized delivery arrangements can be made upon request.


2. Processing & Production Time

Since most of our products are manufactured and processed upon order, delivery timelines depend on production schedules:

  • Standard products: 3 – 7 business days

  • Custom orders / special colors / cut-to-size panels: 7 – 14 business days

  • Large commercial projects: Timelines will be confirmed individually

Production timelines are estimated and may vary based on order volume and manufacturing capacity.


3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once the order is ready for dispatch:

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: 1 – 3 business days

  • Delta & Canal cities: 2 – 4 business days

  • Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3 – 6 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, volume, and delivery location.

  • Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

  • Free or discounted shipping may apply to large-volume or project orders, subject to agreement.


5. Delivery Process

  • Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm address and availability.

  • Delivery will be made to the ground-floor entrance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any special lifting equipment or upper-floor delivery must be arranged and paid by the customer.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

If any of the following are noticed:

  • Visible damage

  • Incorrect items

  • Missing quantities

They must be reported immediately to the delivery representative and to our support team within 48 hours.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to receive the order

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Bulk & Project Orders

For commercial, bulk, and project-based orders, delivery schedules, unloading requirements, and logistics plans will be customized per project and confirmed in writing.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Valcomat Egypt delivers within Egypt only.
For export and international orders, please contact us directly for special arrangements.
